When does billing start?

Rest assured, your billing starts only after our expert team has meticulously packed your belongings, loaded them securely, and initiated the transportation process. There are no hidden charges or upfront payments. Our transparent pricing ensures you pay only for the services rendered, making your move as stress-free as possible.”
What else am I billed for?
As our client, you are responsible for all parking tickets and downtime (waiting for the elevator or property key holder to be available, traffic, inspection of belongings upon delivery, waiting for any credit card charges or Interac e-transfers to go through, etc.). Also, all the trucks are maintained in accordance with Canada Ecological Requirements, therefore a technical stop for a truck regeneration procedure may occur during the assignment. Up to 15 minutes of such stop is included into the standard hourly rate.
When do I pay the bill?
At Easy2Go Movers, we believe in transparency and customer satisfaction. You can choose to pay a portion upfront as a booking fee to secure your moving date, with the remaining balance due upon successful completion of the move. We also offer flexible payment options like credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets for your convenience. Rest assured, there are no hidden charges, and our pricing is clear and upfront.
